No active complaints with the BBB, state licensing board, or state attorney general's office.

Preferred but not required: I-CAR Gold Class, ASE certification, OEM manufacturer approvals (Ford, GM, Chrysler, Honda, Toyota, Tesla, etc.), DRP participation with major insurers.
